Welcome to TideStone People. By engaging our services, you're agreeing to the following terms that govern our professional relationship. We don't take your trust lightly.

1. Scope of HR Consulting

We provide HR policy development, culture alignment, and leadership training among other specified tasks. We'll always define specific project scope in a separate Statement of Work (SOW). HACK: ensure SOW always points back to these master terms.

2. Fees and Payments

Standard payment terms are net 14 days from date of invoice. We're committed to fair pricing for our specialized Melbourne HR market expertise. Late payments may result in the pausing of talent acquisition pipelines.

3. Client Obligations
